If you are passionate about shaping the lives of young students and equipping English learners, Lancaster Bible College’s 4+1 Early Childhood & ESL Education program is for you. This unique program allows you to earn both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree, along with Pennsylvania state certification in both early childhood education and English as a Second Language (ESL), in just five years.
Designed to equip you with the skills needed to impact the next generation, this program provides educational theory, content knowledge, and practical skills through on-campus classes. You will gain hands-on experience through intentionally planned field placements in diverse public and private school settings. You will be supported by knowledgeable faculty and will complete a capstone action research project to critically examine classroom practices.
