See the campus, meet students and get answers to your biggest questions about attending LBC.
An Open House is your opportunity to experience Lancaster Bible College for yourself. Explore campus, connect with professors and current students, discover your Christ-centered academic options, and learn how LBC can help you grow academically, spiritually and professionally.
More than a campus tour, an Open House gives you the chance to experience a full day of campus life—so you can discover what it feels like to be part of the LBC community and determine whether it’s the right fit for you.
Your Open House experience begins at the Good Shepherd Chapel. All events throughout the day will start and conclude there.
Convenient parking is available in the lots located on both sides of the Chapel. After parking, simply walk to the main entrance, where our team will be ready to welcome you and help you get checked in.
Eligible students can receive an instant admissions decision during Open House! Simply submit your application before or during your visit and bring your high school and any previous college transcripts. You could leave campus knowing your admissions decision.
By the end of the day you’ll have…
Registration begins at 8:45 a.m., and the day wraps up around 2 p.m. We encourage you to stay for the entire event so you can get the full LBC experience. A complimentary lunch is provided for students and their guests.
Open house events are designed for prospective junior and senior high school students and their families, as well as transfer students.
Open House follows a planned schedule, so we ask that you arrive in time for registration and stay for the full event. We’d hate for you to miss any of the sessions, campus experiences, or opportunities to connect with our faculty, staff and students!
Absolutely! Parents and family members are encouraged to join us. They’ll have opportunities to learn more about LBC, ask questions and experience campus alongside their student.
No! You do not need to submit an application before Open House. You’ll have the opportunity to apply while you’re on campus. Better yet, if you bring an official or unofficial copy of your high school transcript, you may even receive an instant admissions decision during your visit!
Casual attire is perfect! You’ll be walking around campus, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
Yes! One of the highlights of Open House is meeting with faculty from your area of interest to learn more about majors, careers, and opportunities at LBC.
